Initial Consultation
Meet with a designer to share your vision, review your property, and discuss goals, scope, and budget for your project.
Custom Design Process
Your property is carefully assessed and transformed into a tailored design, complete with concept sketches and cost estimates refined to your vision.
Project Installation
We provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing, phased planning, and flexible options—making it easy to bring your design to life over time.
Phase 1: Consultation - $50
What to Expect:
- Meet with one of our experienced landscape designers
- Share your vision and goals for the project
- Discuss how we can help bring your outdoor space to life
What We’ll Cover:
- Review of current property conditions
- Discussion of items to be aware of
- Explore future project goals and potential phases
- Establish a general project scope and budget
Please Note:
- The consultation is not an estimate or a guarantee of an estimate. It is a time to meet with a seasoned professional who can advise you on your project.
- During the consultation, should you decide to move forward with our design services, the $50 consultation fee will then be applied toward your design fee.
Phase 2: Design Process
When it is time to begin, we will measure your site and assess existing conditions. You’ll receive a master concept design contract, a landscape design questionnaire, and a link to pay a 50% deposit.
What We Do:
- Study the property and identify any constraints
- Address drainage and stormwater management with creative solutions
- Work with local permitting offices and officials as needed
- Schedule an in-person design and estimate review
- Revise designs based on your feedback
- Provide sketch drawings for built features (steps, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, etc.)
What to Expect:
- Custom design tailored to your vision and property
- Design fees typically range from $500–$4000+
- Personalized concept designs for your review
- Includes a preliminary cost estimate based on the concept
Please Note:
• A design is required to receive an accurate estimate for the scope of your project
• The remaining 50% of the design fee is due when the design is complete
Phase 3: Project Installation

- A detailed proposal outlining the full scope of work
- Itemized list of materials and associated costs
- Clear final pricing for your review and approval
Implementation Options:
- Break your project into manageable phases
- Offer flexible planning to work within your budget
- Make it easy to add design elements over time
Getting Scheduled:
• Should you decide to move forward with installation we will have you sign a contract and pay a 10% deposit
• You will be added to our install work queue
• We’ll keep you updated as your scheduled install date approaches
• Our team will handle all logistics to ensure a smooth installation process
